Ellery Lanier : 0:31:50 Margaret... this question that Warren has just asked you is... one of the... great things that Tesla almost accomplished. And a... of course it would change our entire civilization... as this thing came about. All the electric wiring... would simply disappear.

Margaret Storm : 0:32:07 That's right.

Ellery Lanier : 0:32:08 And a... you could have power available anywhere. What I wanted to ask you is that... number one is that... this was really serious. This wasn't any a... flippant a... joke... or imaginative a... line of research. This was something that Nikola Tesla... was very seriously working on... as far as you know?

Margaret Storm : 0:32:27 Oh yes he has completed it a... you know... a...
I think we could have had it... around the turn of the century... a... possibly even before. And if a... we had a... used it at the time... that he suggested then... it a... it could have taken years from the a... electric... electrical age was being built up... and developed. So that we would not have put up all these a... wires. Now he was very very forceful on that one point... he said... DO NOT put up all these wires and cables and a... powers and so forth... because you will only have to take them down. And a... then he says... that... in those days... they had no idea... what he was thinking on. But a... he was thinking of... the (?) spacemobiles... spaceships.

Long John Nebel : 0:00:07 Good morning neighbors... this is Long John with the... Party Line. We're around from midnight to five-thirty... six mornings during the week. Monday mornings we get started about one... continue through until five-thirty... that means... we're on the air... for some thirty-seven and a half hours a week... and during that time... I have the pleasure talking with many interesting people. Tonight we're going to be talking with Margaret Storm. Margaret has been with us before... and a... we're going to be talking about her new book... Return of the Dove. Now this is a... a very very... excitiing book... you may not buy everything that Margaret speaks in her book... but you certainly will be... interested in reading it. Margaret tell us a lot about a... Tesla... or Tesla. Never will find out what the... correct pronunciation is. And a... something about the machines... and well we'll learn more about it as we go along. 0:00:58 Return of the Dove... is the... title of the book... the story of... Freedom Star. incidentally... I had the opportunity of a... talking with Margaret at great lengths... when we're out at Oklahoma City. And a... she told me... some very very interesting things... which I hope that we'll be able to get into this morning. As something about the... I AM Movement... which was very popular back in the thirties. And a... you stick with us and a... we've got some a... interesting material for you this morning. Ellery Lanier... author and lecturer is with us this morning. Eden Gray... of Inspiration House is with us and a... Warren Icpac sports writer... handicapper and very handicapped... that's on deck tonight. ah... no further comment.

Long John Nebel : 0:01:51 Two of our... guests of the morning. Margaret... I think you could spend... about two or three additional days... a... we like what we see. I finally asked you what happened... after we left. Let me just ask you this... were you disappointed... when the OTC Circular Foil Craft... failed to get off the ground?

Margaret Storm : 0:02:13 No... I was not disappointed at all. I a... just feel that when it's ready to go up... it will go up. And a...

Long John Nebel : 0:02:22 Fine... go ahead.

Margaret Storm : 0:02:23 ... so I a... I think it was just a plan date as I understand it... and a... (?)(?) and think that.. have evolved the way they should (?)(?)(?) they had (?).

Long John Nebel : 0:02:34 You know they've had a... using your term... they had three... planned dates.

Margaret Storm : 0:02:40 Oh I thought they've had four.

Long John Nebel : 0:02:43 Oh I'm not aware of the fourth one. I know of three.

Margaret Storm : 0:02:45 laughs

Long John Nebel : 0:02:47 But a... this is not disturbing to you... it was not a disappointment... you just took it in...

Margaret Storm : 0:02:52 No... I think that under the circumstances... with Mr. Carr in the hospital. That a... it would... it a... will be much better when he has fully recovered... and he... wants to do it himself.

Long John Nebel : 0:03:05 What will be much better. The craft or Mr. Carr?

Margaret Storm : 0:03:09 Both... and also the a... the launching.... laughs... I think it will be much better for the general public shall we say. Because a... well... there was a considerable a... comment by several persons who felt that Mr. Carr... having demonstrated that almost anyone could a... just put together and launch. And a... I believe this proves that a... it was something more than just a... an ordinary a... a craft that could be... a... launched by any airplane... designer.

Long John Nebel : 0:03:48 You said... proves? What do you mean it proves? In other words... the fact that it didn't get off the ground... it didn't even get off the (?) shack... you mean that it's better?

Margaret Storm : 0:03:52 Well... a... I... No... I talked with a... I talked with a Otis on Wednesday night before I left. And a... he had been giving instructions a... from his hospital bed... and a... connecting with the windings and circuit and so forth. And he told me that when he went out there... on a... Wednesday afternoon after he's out of the hospital... and the craft had been partly dismantled so that he could look at it. And a... he immediately saw what the trouble was... and realized that...

Long John Nebel : 0:04:26 Was it just a minor adjustment that's necessary?

Margaret Storm : 0:04:29 He seems to think that it would be a... just a minor adjustment... although he did tell me... that while he had the craft apart... a... he was going to do considerable more work on it. Because there were other factors which... which had not been a... carried out according... quite according to his instructions.

Long John Nebel : 0:04:48 Was he unhappy with his original plan... or was he unhappy with the mechanic?

Margaret Storm : 0:04:53 Well... I think that he was not unhappy at all. He a... felt very a... cheerful about the whole thing... but a... naturally... I believe from a... a short cuts... had been taken in the mechanical work... which he felt might as well be... improved while he was a... had an opportunity to work on it.

Long John Nebel : 0:05:15 What could he be happy about... tell me? I mean... also... we're... we're all very happy that he's regained his health. But I mean... other than that... what was there to be happy about... a craft... that never even got out of the laboratory?

Margaret Storm : 0:05:29 Well... I guess that he a... realizes... that it's a... it's just about ready. And a... a... it's sort of like writing a book... you know. I started being happy about... having my book finished... when I had just written the title... you know. laughs

Long John Nebel : 0:05:46 That's pretty good. That's pretty good. One more a... quick question. I have a lot of questions... for that matter... but one in particular. You say that a... Mr. Carr... Otis T. Carr... was giving instructions from his hospital room... to the... people working in the laboratory?

Margaret Storm : 0:06:08 In the a... shed or whatever it was.

Long John Nebel : 0:06:10 Well... I mean... one... sometimes... you know... if I'm in a good mood... I say laboratory... (?)(?) whatever it may be. The place that it was in.... all right. Margaret... a... why was it necessary... for the great one... to give this information from his hospital bed... if he had a set of plans... or didn't they have a set of plans to work by?

Margaret Storm : 0:06:32 That I do not know. You see I was not there. And I never did see the craft you know... or this a... place... it was in. I had not (?) to go out there a couple of times... and I just couldn't... bother. And a... I believe that a... a... they possibly did have some plans... I don't know about that... because you see... (?)(?) for some time. And a... but I believe that a... toward the end there was certain things... that a... even though a... they were... available in some set of plans... they were not available for the general a... workman. In other words there were certain things that Mr. Carr displayed... piece by piece... as he went along.

Long John Nebel : 0:06:20 (?)... Margaret?

Margaret Storm : 0:07:22 Oh yes... yes... I

Long John Nebel : 0:07:23 In the eventual success at the time.

Margaret Storm : 0:07:24 That's right... yes

Long John Nebel : 0:07:26 Why is it time?

Margaret Storm : 0:07:30 Well... because it a... it's time... that a... that free energy has a... should be launched... and a... if Mr. Carr's craft... a... for some reason not... be completed... there will be others... with... very similar... there will be... I feel.

Long John Nebel : 0:07:51 In other words... you feel that Carr doesn't... get there first... that somebody else could be along... and will make the grade?

Margaret Storm : 0:07:58 Well... as I understand it... there are... many persons who a... not many... but a... thousands. Who a... will be able to a... complete the craft... either ...

Long John Nebel : 0:08:09 Complete Carr's... idea?

Margaret Storm : 0:08:10 Well... or a similar idea... yes. And... um... if for some reason Mr. Carr... does not do it himself... why... there would be... others available who would do it. And a... Mr. Carr realizes that. And... I also understand... that a... there are many other... aspects of free energy... a... which a... will be developed as soon as um... Mr. Carr's craft is... a... launched. In other words... it's a... just a matter of pioneering. Mr. Carr is doing more of a pioneering job... than anything else.

Long John Nebel : 0:08:43 Well... let us... let us... for a moment... just... just agree with you... that a... possibly a... Mr. Carr is pioneering... and let us say that he's the first one to accomplish this. What benefit... will remain from all of this... if a... Lanier and Icpac and Sam Jones... and Sidney Smith... and forty other guys are planning on the same thing... supposing they come out with it two or three days later... how will Carr break even? What... what I want to say break even... in other words... certainly Mr. Carr is entitled to... to something. And the people associated with him... no doubt there was... a... a tremendous amount of a... of money invested to build this craft. Taking all of that into consideration... a... if everybody is... is trying to do the same thing. And let say that they don't accomplish it on a... on Monday... Carr accomplishes it on Monday and they come along on Wednesday or Thursday or six months later? What will Carr have that he can make a dollar on... and he is certainly entitled to something?

Margaret Storm : 0:09:47 Well... this is how (?) told me... a long time ago... that... in the course of his a... well thirty years of his... (?). (?)(?)... possibly... a hundred different ideas a... for the development of a... free energy devices. Out of these... he finally a... selected two. One has come out as the a...
Utron Accumulator... the other as the Carrotto Gravity Motor. The Utron Accumulator... a... which is the a... device used in the spaceship... under a... consideration. Is only for a motion application... that is it a... can be used in... planes... or trains... automobiles... a steamships... boats... anything that moves. However... (?)(?)(?) application on the real thing (?) will be interested in. That be... the a... free energy device... a... which a... Mr. Carr calls the Carrotto Gravity Motor... which can be used in all fixed locations. For instance... for home units or... a... factory units. In other words... this can be installed in a... in a home. And a... you can build your home out in the... desert or the forest. It a... will supply you with... all the electricity you need to a... light your home... and a... heat it... cool it... and a... operate various electrical gadgets. This therefore is a very practical thing. There are very few persons who are going to a... a... need spaceships. And a... of course as a... time goes on... trains... planes... and a... boats... steamships... that sort of thing can be... a powered by the Utron Accumulator. And the little space mobiles... which a... are planned... will of course... can replace automobiles. But there are many other devices even a... at the present time... which a... can be used to power automobiles for instance... and a... therefore be operated without a... a... fuel ...(?)... The a... but the Carrotto Gravity Motor is the thing that is decided in for world wide use.

Long John Nebel : 0:12:20 What was that name again?

Margaret Storm : 0:12:22 Carrotto Gravity Motor... because that is... that is the a... practical devise for fixed locations. Therefore... whiie it would be very interesting to have the Utorn Accumulator... demonstrated in spaceships... as I say. Not many persons will be interested in spaceships.

Long John Nebel : 0:12:44 I say... in complete amazement... Margaret... complete amazement.

Margaret Storm : 0:12:48 Why... do you think there are many people interested in spaceships?

Long John Nebel : 0:12:51 No no no no no. I imagine we all are. I went up and spent four days because of my interest. I enjoyed myself... I had a wonderful time out there and a... and a... and a... and a. Did you what to comment... a... I have a letter here.

Warren Icpac : 0:13:07 Before you get to that letter... I just wanted to say that... most of the great inventors of our time... are the great... experimenters... have not exactly set their sight upon... the peek at the first crack. In other words... Edison didn't try... been working on a small light... which might possibly light up a small room... or a portion of the room. This is what surprises me about Mr. Carr... because I should think that these... great inventions which are going to a... run our air-conditioning... and a... keep all the dust out of the air... would be the first thing that he would try to work on... not the... spacecraft. Which is a little bit of the... a... lets say... it takes on a lot of problems... that don't have anything to do with free energy.

Margaret Storm : 0:13:52 Well that is a... that is correct. The spaceship a... seems to be a... of great interest for demonstration purposes. And a... I notice there's quite a difference in the attitude of the people out in Oklahoma. Especially a... certain a... ones that I talked to... who... a... such as the Aztec... Mr. Foli... who grew-up in... Miami a... for the ninteenth. Of course he has been up fifty times before... and he's a... arranging to a... a start on the a... work of the... Space Research Institute. Which will be used for the development of these a... various devices. The a... a... spaceship... therefore the little 6 foot prototype... was a... simply a... more or less to a... satisfy the curiosity... of those who wanted the demonstration. And... it could be... demonstrated... rather easily... that is by... because it's sent up... where as... it's difficult to demonstrate the Carrotto Gravity Motor... or anything of that sort. Which is a... fixed location... which is a small unit.

Warren Icpac : 0:15:14 Well... if we could even light my flashlight with this free energy... I would be glad... you wouldn't have to send a spaceship up in the air.

Ellery Lanier : 0:15:23 When are you (?).

Margaret Storm : 0:15:25 Yes... a... laughs... There is one other... one other... a... a... thing... and that is... this six foot... a... a... prototype... spaceship... can be used a... for two purposes. That is it can be a... enlarged to to a nine or ten foot model and used as a spacemobile... with very little change.

Long John Nebel : 0:15:46 What's a spacemobile Margaret?

Margaret Storm : 0:15:48 Well... a spacemobile will a... replace... a... the automobile eventually we hope. But a... it could be used for (?) puposes. Or it can be used for... long trips... or trips around the world. Or fly at fantastic speed... which is highly maneuverable... and a... will not require any a... fuel. There for it should be... extremely popular... (?)(?)(?). The other reason a... that Mr. Carr is very interested in the spaceship... is because it seems there is (?)... to build the OTC X-1... the forty-five foot model and (?) it works. While even going to the Moon ever again...

Long John Nebel : 0:16:33 I want to ask you something Margaret right now. Just before we took a moment to talk about one of our favorite sponsors... the general tire and rubber dealer. You said something about... the development... and the successful launching of the OTC Circular Foil Craft... the six foot prototype model... would naturally incourage Otis to complete... the 45 foot model... go to the Moon... and said you were wondering why he would want to go to the Moon. Is there... are you saying... that you don't think that Carr will be able to make it on December 7th 1959 because of the failure... to launch it this past a... April 19th?

Margaret Storm : 0:17:15 Oh no... I don't think that's a... would have anything to do with it. As a matter a fact... a... according to what a... Otis told me... the a... 45 foot model is suppose to be ready for testing along about October. And a... it would certainly be... ready to go to the Moon.

Long John Nebel : 0:17:34 The 45 foot model?

Margaret Storm : 0:17:35 That's what I...

Long John Nebel : 0:17:36 You're not talking about the ride that they have in a...

Margaret Storm : 0:17:38 Oh no.

Long John Nebel : 0:17:40 No... serious.

Margaret Storm : 0:17:41 No... well... he says... he says that a... a... some people thought he might take off in that but he didn't intend to take off. And a... no... the 45 foot model I understand is a... is pretty well on its way... that in so far as the planning is concerned... and a... that sort of thing.

Long John Nebel : 0:17:58 The planning?

Margaret Storm : 0:17:59 Yes...

Long John Nebel : 0:18:00 Construction?

Margaret Storm : 0:18:01 Oh then... they haven't actually started the construction as I understand it... they have to wait for the hanger... but I believe if the hanger... is a... ready to be... a... ready to be built. A...

Warren Icpac : 0:18:14 (?)(?) a lot more leaky mercury that's... very messy.

Margaret Storm : 0:18:17 laughs... No... the hanger is a... part of the complex of buildings in the Space Research Institute.

Long John Nebel : 0:18:24 You mean they don't have sufficient space to build this hanger... because of the other buildings that are planned at the present time?

Margaret Storm : 0:18:31 laughs. No... the a... the hanger is one of the... of the main buildings... and a... formally a... it a... was suppose to be build just along with all the other buildings. But under the present plan... it will be built... almost immediately... they will start working on it first.

Eden Gray : 0:18:50 Miss Storm... is this down in Space Maryland... or is this out in Okalhoma?

Margaret Storm : 0:18:54 No... this is in Space Oklahoma now.

Eden Gray : 0:18:56 Aren't they going to do anything in Maryland... is that... is Maryland given up?

Margaret Storm : 0:18:59 Well... I wouldn't say that its given up. Because they will probably will have a... many of these a... Space Reseach Institutes... a... we will say a... sometime in the future... years in the future. But a... the first one... now will be in... Space Oklahoma.

Eden Gray : 0:19:16 I see... that's where the a... big one is going to be built?

Margaret Storm : 0:19:19 Well... yes... if... but a... that first research institute... as I understand it... is also a prototype... in that a... when the a... when this free energy a... really gets launched a... they will have to have several (?) and then at that time they might have one in... Space Maryland.

Long John Nebel : 0:19:38 Margaret... I want to ask you a question... and I want a fair and square answer from you.

Margaret Storm : 0:19:44 Yes.

Long John Nebel : 0:19:45 Do you honestly think... that Otis T. Carr... has the slightest intention of even attempting to go to the Moon. And I'm not going to hold you to December 7th or anything. I don't care if it's... if it's two years from now... do you honestly think that this man... has a legitimate intention to go to the Moon?

Margaret Storm : 0:20:05 Well... he a... seems to have... as I say. I don't a... understand why anyone would want to go to the Moon but if he wants to go... wants to build his own ship and take off... and try to reach the Moon... why that is his problem... and his privilege.

Long John Nebel : 0:20:21 Well... you don't think that he's just going... to go on an excursion... that he'd like to see what the Moon looks like. I think... he's trying to... be the first... and to prove to the world... that he could build a craft that would go there... don't you think that's his... intention? If he has a legitimate intention... in that direction?

Margaret Storm : 0:20:37 Well... I don't know. I a... have discussed it with him several times. And a... I... I guess the idea... although he hasn't a... really explained it very thoroughly. But... I'd rather feel that he... he thinks that it would a... go far towards solving a military problem. In other words... if he would make a trip to the Moon... and a... bring back some information and data... a... than possibly this would clear up a lot of a... of... troubles that he has been having about a... military presents in regard to the Moon... and flight into... into a... outer space... although I wouldn't a... think a flight to the Moon would be exactly considered flight into outer space. It's not my concept.

Long John Nebel : 0:21:27

Eden Gray

Long John Nebel : 0:21:27 It wouldn't be?

Margaret Storm : 0:21:29 I...

Long John Nebel : 0:21:29 I'm not saying you're wrong... I don't know... I'm surprised.

Margaret Storm : 0:21:31 I don't think so. I mean... It seems to me... that
the a... Moon... being our satellite... perhaps... the a... conditions would be... a... quite different... from what they might be if you would go off beyond that into... into a... what we would call outer space... such as a trip... to another planet.

Long John Nebel : 0:21:51 Ellery... how do you feel about that? Would that be considered outer space... a trip to the Moon?

Ellery Lanier : 0:21:56 No... I think according to our discussions having a Congressman of the United States... outer space is considered the area where the atmosphere of the Earth ends. So this would a... automatically... I mean according to the Congressman of the United States... be called... getting into outer space. But it surely means a matter of the personal definition.

Long John Nebel : 0:22:14 Well as a scientist... what would be your definition?

Ellery Lanier : 0:22:17 Well... I would... I would say very definately... Mr. Otis T. Carr... will be going into outer space.

Long John Nebel : 0:22:22 If he...

Ellery Lanier : 0:22:24 If he...

Long John Nebel : 0:22:24 If he...

Ellery Lanier : 0:22:25 If his saucer takes off.

Long John Nebel : 0:22:27 We've actually have Margaret Storm here for a purpose. We want to talk about this book... which is... a very exciting book. That is for the people who are intersted in... a... precognition... ESP... a... you know... and what have you... and transmediums and all. We're going to get all the information from her. But I don't think we've given you the opportunity since we've been back... a... to a... give us your opinion of what happened in Oklahoma City... Ollie. You were the last one to leave it... with the excepting of Margaret... Margaret stayed I think an additional day. Do you want to... say something.

Ellery Lanier : 0:23:08 No... I... I had something for the historical record.
I definately... with my own eyes... saw the... 6 foot model... come off the... floor... came up from the ground in a sense. But I was one of about... eight or so many men standing around the craft... lifting it up to the table... in the middle of the... I'm being a little facetious but I think... just off the record... I would like to... include that.
0:23:33 And I would also add that... there were two things that impressed me tremendously. One was the... Frontier City ride... model the facsimile of a flying saucer. When we were standing... I think John you will recall... there was a family inside the saucer and... the a... mechanism for spinning... the outer rims of the saucer went into action... and we could see these huge double cones... spinning past under the gigantic C-shaped magnets. This was a most impressive thing. I thought at any moment... it might blow up the entire planet. It was a tremendously exciting experience. 0:24:14 And then... the second thing that impressed me... very powerfully... was the 6 foot model when I... as a matter a fact... when we got in there... we were the first people to see the interworks... outside of anyone who had worked on the machine. And... all the elaborate electrical connections and the windings around various magnets... certainly were impressive as impressive as any competing gadget with its millions of wires and connections inside. And... I really couldn't make head or tail of it... but it was very obvious... that this was something like a great big electric motor... and when that thing started to turn... something was going to happen.

Long John Nebel : 0:24:57 I know that you've been rather reluctant to say this but I... talked with somebody over at a... True Magazine today about... some another matter completely foreign to our discussion of the morning. And according to what I've been told over there. Certainly not from Zed Kennedy... because I didn't talk to him today. I understand... that you are doing an article for True Magazine... a... about what happened in Oklahoma City... is that true?

Ellery Lanier : 0:25:24 That is true John. I don't know the exact date of a... the completion of the article... I'm in the midst of it now... and it's one of the... most interesting jobs I've ever worked on.

Long John Nebel : 0:25:35 It will be a complete coverage... of what happened out there.

Ellery Lanier : 0:25:38 This will cover the entire story of the... the expedition of the... Long John Troop... has been like the saucer... to the crew to the carivan... and the events... of observing the model saucer... and what happened when the saucer did or didn't rise... and so on. It will be an effective serf... a... a... description of the serf attempt of the New Columbus... which didn't quite come off... which we expect to come off very soon.

Eden Gray : 0:26:07 Ellery I'd like to ask you this. Now a lot of people from all over the country I understand... came out there to watch this... and plus they didn't see it rise... but were they allowed to go into the a... warehouse or where ever it was... and see the... this craft... at all... or did they have to go away without seeing anything.

I don't know the exact date of the completion
of the article. I'm in the midst of it now and it's one of the most interesting jobs I've

Ellery Lanier : 0:26:29 They did see the craft. There was certain more parts of the inside of the machine that were covered with a... some piece of paper or fabric... taped over. Just very small details of the mechanism. But they... people did see the... 6 foot prototype model. And I know... I was there when there were many people... many members of the press... that looked on the... saw this 6 foot model... was spinning. It was... actually simulating the... a... motion in which it would go into flight. And that was a tremendously impressive sight... to watch this... this 6 foot disk of... shinning silvery metal... spinning in the middle of this abandoned warehouse.

Warren Icpac : 0:27:14 I want to got back to... the starting on the Return of the Dove... the... very interesting book by Margaret Storm... which was... I think published by Miss Storm also.

Margaret Storm : 0:27:23 Yes I published it now too.

Warren Icpac : 0:27:25 Yes... a... I... I must confess to you Margaret that i'm... just listened to Otis T. Carr mention... Nikola Tesla... I guess that's the pronunciation... I have never heard of the man... frankly. And... a... I... a... read your book... and this made me more and more interested in... Mr. Tesla... the great Mr. Tesla. And I was stunned to... read up his accomplishments... especially alternating current and things like this. And I see that... the magazine you just mentioned... True... just labeled him... The Man Who Invented the 20th Century. He was alive 87 years... and he must have lived a great deal in obscurity.

Margaret Storm : 0:28:08 Well... I believe that a... during his a... later years he lived a rather obscure life. But a... during his early years... in a... in the United States of course he came over here he was quite a young man. He was an adult and education in Europe. And during his early years in United States he was extremely popular... socially. And a... he dined a... each night... at the... out at the Waldorf or Delmontico's... and a... he was very a... he gave a... a great many... dinner parties and that sort of thing. And he... entertained a... quite frequently at his a... laboratory on a... a... I think it's now West Broadway... South 5th Avenue in those days. And he often had a... many guests... come down there and watch... his experiments.

Warren Icpac : 0:29:03 Well he...

Margaret Storm : 0:29:05 Well he... was quite well known (?) in his earlier life.

Warren Icpac : 0:29:08 The thing that annoys me Margaret is that... a... it's been twenty years since I went to school... but I still remember pretty well... and my oldest daughter is going to high school now and... studied physics and things like this. And this alternating current... no where in the books that they really mentioned his name... (?)(?) terrible loss.

Margaret Storm : 0:29:27 It is... well so a... of course my understanding says that it was... publicly surpressed. And a... of course... he left a... Marvin Coleman... his major inventions... (?) Mr. Matthews (?)(?) and (?) Arthur H. Matthews in Canada. But a... yes... most of his a... inventions... were... were surpressed... and a... never... the public has no knowledge of him... what-so-ever.

Warren Icpac : 0:29:52 Well... this is why the alternating current... is fabulous because... I think the... job of changing over New York City haven't even been completed... if I'm not mistaken. Now their still some new current...

Eden Gray : 0:30:04 we found out... definitely my important question.

Ellery Lanier : 0:30:08 Now I'll admit it's very difficult... for people who... a... don't have equipment...

Warren Icpac : 0:30:12 Now alternating current actually (?) is much safer... as well as being a... more practical and a... I just... can't understand this a... this suppression... is there any reason for it that you know of?

Margaret Storm : 0:30:24 Well... perhaps a... Mr. Tesla himself will have something to do with that. In that a... he was such a great inventive genius... and he had such tremendous plans... for the globe. He never considered anything smaller than that. And he had a... he had a habit of a... obsoleting his own inventions. And this caused the a... manufactures much distress... because by the time they got all ready... and set to... to a... turn out a... to mass produce a... something that he had invented... why he would a... have a... a new invention that would obsolete that. This happened in the case of... a... alternating current. Because he a... came up very shortly after that with... tremendous world... wireless power system. And he said... that could be used instead. That is... the power should be... there should be no wires... or cables or conduits. The a... electricity should be beamed... somewhat like a radio broadcast.

Warren Icpac : 0:31:35 So does this a... have anything to do with... free energy also?

Margaret Storm : 0:31:39 Well... a... no... no. Not in a sense that it... ties in with anything that a... Otis T. Carr is doing. No this... that's a different thing.

This was something that Nikola Tesla... was very seriously working on... as far as you know?

it would
change
our
entire civilization
Margaret Storm : 0:32:27 Oh yes he has completed it... a... you know... a...
I think we could have had it... around the turn of the century... a... possibly even before. And if a... we had a... used it at the time... that he suggested... then... it a... it could have taken years from the a... electric... electrical age was being built up... and developed. So that we would not have put up all these a... wires. Now he was very very forceful on that one point... he said... DO NOT put up all these wires and cables and a... powers and so forth... because you will only have to take them down. And a... then he says... that... in those days... they had no idea... what he was thinking on. But a... he was thinking of... the (?) spacemobiles... spaceships.Ellery Lanier : 0:33:15 Did he say any more about the system... or didn't he leave any record of (?)(?) begun?

Margaret Storm : 0:33:19 Oh my yes... oh my yes... that was well known... and a... it has been a... written up extensively... in a... many a... scientific... a... journals and so forth. And a... you can get complete information on that. In fact... a great deal of the a... the system is contained in a... Prodigal Genuis... (?).

Ellery Lanier : 0:33:40 This transmission of energy without wires...

Margaret Storm : 0:33:43 That's right.

Ellery Lanier : 0:33:45 I seem to recall that there was one... one idea... for the use of... of this concept of... to have airplanes flying... without gasoline motors... just a simple a... motor that would receive its power from the ground... it wouldn't need batteries or anything.

Margaret Storm : 0:34:00 Yes that's the a... that's the Tesla Sphere which he invented. And a... gave to the United States a... late in 1917... to help them win the first world war. Ah... This was simply a... filed... I believe... because it was a circular foil craft... it carried no a... power plant. But a... power plant was on the ground... and the electricity... the power was beamed to the plane. This was not built... by the United States... and a... was in fact... completely ignored. And a... after forty years... however the Russians have a... placed it in production... and I understand... it is a... very successfully... used in Russia today.

Eden Gray : 0:34:49 Well Miss Storm... didn't a... Mr. Tesla also... give a demonstration in front of a great many people... of a small ship... in a pond. In which he beamed directions to it... didn't he?

Margaret Storm : 0:35:07 Yes... it was... a... a demonstration of thought control... yes.

Eden Gray : 0:35:11 Well that was electricity... wasn't it... I mean a...?

Tesla Sphere
it carried no power plant.

Margaret Storm : 0:35:13 Well that no. That was definately thought control... that was something else which a... a... which a... was not understood at the time at all. Mr. Matthews a... tells me that a... the new a... spaceships a... which are coming in from other planets now... many of them have landed at his place... are entirely a... directed by thought control.

Eden Gray : 0:35:41 Oh.

Margaret Storm : 0:35:42 And Mr. Carr (?)defends(?)(?) Mr. Carr... told me... that some time ago that... he said... when this... a... craft... the OTC X-1
is built... a... he said... of course it will be nothing but
an old tin lizzy... because it will be so old fashion.

Eden Gray : 0:35:59 Well... but... on this business of... beaming energy...
I think one of the things I did read was that... a... Mr. Tesla... just had... some electric light bulb... at odd places around the ceiling... of his laboratory... and they would light up whenever he wanted them to...
without any wires attached to them.

Margaret Storm : 0:36:23 That's just (?)(?) too. Well of course that is a... is a... something that we could have today. And a... Mr. a... Matthews can a... develope that at any time. He has all of the a... information on that. But as we will have... we will be able to eliminate all inside wiring... and a... (?)(?) on the electrical gadgets... such as a... coffee percolators toasters and anything of that sort. They will have a little dial on them... for instance and a... you will just key into the a... electric current.

Ellery Lanier : 0:37:00 Margaret... Eden Gray was just asking you... a question and you answered... and in your answer... you said something very casual... and it was though... I was walking down the street and someone dropped a few... bricks of pure gold in front of me... and I casually picked them up and continued walking down the street.

Margaret Storm : 0:37:15 laughs...

Ellery Lanier : 0:37:15 I mean... this is very a... very odd... I mean... your friend Mr. Matthews... has said... such and such... and a few space out-us...
a craft from outer space man... landed on his... grounds and so on. And then we... go into this... and have a little dial-a-phone... what what what what... what craft landed on Mr. Matthews... a... grounds?

Margaret Storm : 0:37:35 Oh you haven't read... Return of the Dove?

Ellery Lanier : 0:37:37 Well I'm afraid I... I was reading about Tesla and Otis T. Carr... I did not concentrate on Mr. Matthews.

Margaret Storm : 0:37:44 Well a... yes... Mr. a... a... Tesla gave a... in 1938 he gave Mr. Matthews... the a... designs and specifications for... a... building the... Interplanetary Communication Set. Of course Mr. Tesla... was the father... grandfather of all radio and TV as you know... that is... he developed all the necessary... coils and so forth which a... lead to radio and TV. The Interplanetary Communication Set however is something different... it a... looks rather like a radio set... but a... it a... does not operate on radio waves... (?) it operates on cosmic ray waves. And a... Mr. Tesla had considerable experience in this a... field of cosmic rays... because he built a cosmic ray a... (?) at one time... and I saw his regular Cosmic Ray Motor.

Ellery Lanier : 0:38:45 Well what about... the spacecraft that landed at Mr. Matthews place?

Margaret Storm : 0:38:49 Well a... laughs

Ellery Lanier : 0:38:50 I mean... this is what I want to know about.

Margaret Storm : 0:38:52 All right... well than in 1938... a Mr. a... Tesla gave Mr. Matthews the design... and he said... when spaceships begin to approach the Earth a... which they will do in a few years... why you go ahead and build this... and you will be able to talk to pilots and the crews. In 1947... Mr. Matthews had heard... quite a lot about spaceships... though he a... a... built the a... Tesla Interplanetary Communication Set. And he has operated it since 1947. He had a... a talk... the first talk he had with a... a pilot... the pilot of the spaceship... was in 1947. And a... when he tuned in the a... set... he got a spaceship... which is 25,000 miles above Quebec. And the pilot talked with him at some length and a... then very shortly after that... they came down... to see him.

Ellery Lanier : 0:39:51 Was that in French?

Margaret Storm : 0:39:53 Oh no... Mr. Matthews is English.

Ellery Lanier : 0:39:55 I was thinking it was Quebec.

Warren Icpac : 0:39:57 Well is it... well is it... is a vocal... message... or was it (?) something?

Margaret Storm : 0:40:00 Yes... very much like a radio broadcast.

Eden Gray : 0:40:04 We were talking about that ship... and I... I just found the passage now in... Prodigal Genius: The Life of Nikola Tesla... by O'Neill. And it says that Tesla staged this demonstration in the great auditorium of Madison Square Garden... which was then on the north side of Madison Square... in 1898 as part of the first Annual Electric Exhibit. He had a great big tank... and he had this ship in this tank. And then it turned... extending upward from his boat in the tank were wires that served as antenna... and it was a wireless affair. And a... it said the boat took it through... put through the most complicated maneuvers. Anyone attending the exhibit could call the maneuver... call for a certain maneuver of the boat... and Tesla with a few touches on a telegraph key... would cause the boat to respond. So that doesn't sound like a...

Margaret Storm : 0:41:02 Well I thought... when you said a ship... I thought that you were referring to that a... demonstration that he had... held in an armory. But... that was suppose to be done by... Thought Control... and that was (?) by Mr. Arnold Koffman... in Washington. I mentioned Mr. Koffman in... Return of the Dove... I don't think that a... O'Neill mentioned him.

Eden Gray : 0:41:24 No this is remote control... of a ship... or it could be anything else. Through the use of a... yeah...

Ellery Lanier : 0:41:36 Wireless.

Margaret Storm : 0:41:37 Wireless.

Warren Icpac : 0:41:37 Well that's done today by many.

first Annual
Electric Exhibit
Madison Square Garden
1898

Ellery Lanier : 0:41:39 That's done with model airplanes to a large extent too... then with real airplanes. But I still don't know about the aircraft and the spacecraft that landed at Mr. Matthews... Mr. Matthews backyard.

Margaret Storm : 0:41:49 Yes... well we can go on with that. No his backyard.

Ellery Lanier : 0:41:52 In his backyard.

Margaret Storm : 0:41:53 Yes yes... so after he had a... had a few conversations on this a... Tesla Interplanetary Communication Set... with spaceships... then they... told him they would be down to see him... a... soon. And a... he told me that a... one night... the Tesla Intruder Alarm... which he has on his place went off... and a... this was around a... one or two o'clock in the morning... he got up and went out... to see what was going on. And a... there was a large spaceship there... in the back... it was 700 feet in diameter... and it had 24 little a... scout ships inside.

Ellery Lanier : 0:42:33 Let me ask you a question. Whence did this come?

Margaret Storm : 0:42:38 laughs

Ellery Lanier : 0:42:39 That's pretty big...

Margaret Storm : 0:42:40 Yes...

Ellery Lanier : 0:42:40 That's like a dirigible.

Margaret Storm : 0:42:42 ... well yes... 700...

Warren Icpac : 0:42:42 Well you remember... you remember we had a guest here... now about three months ago... told about one 36 miles across... Ollie.

Ellery Lanier : 0:42:33 Well there was one over a million miles across... two for that matter... but I'm talking... the thing landing in the back yard.

Margaret Storm : 0:42:54 Well a... Mr. Matthews backyard is rather extensive... he has 600 acres up there in the forest...

Warren Icpac : 0:43:00 Where did this come from?

Margaret Storm : 0:43:01 ... mountains.

Warren Icpac : 0:43:00 Where did... I mean... who came from 25,000 miles up? What planet... or... galaxy... or?

Margaret Storm : 0:43:06 They... mostly of the people a... that he has... he has had many spaceships... visit him... but most of them have come from Venus.

Warren Icpac : 0:43:13 Well I guess... that's a very interesting point... because I wanted to bring up the... on page 103 of... The Return of the Dove. You indicate that... Nikola Tesla's mother... was possibly... they says... is fairly clear... that she herself was originally a Venusian.

Tesla Intruder Alarm
went off...

Margaret Storm : 0:43:27 Yes... she must have been.

commotion...

Warren Icpac : 0:43:30 Margaret... In fact... I was going to question the first statement... now I want to know... she must have been... why do you feel this?

Margaret Storm : 0:43:38 Well... as a... as I have a... described here... in there... she's was... such an unusual woman. And a... of course a... Tesla was born on board a spacecraft and brought to this planet... and placed in the care of Mr. & Mrs. Tesla. And a... she would certainly have to be a rather unusual woman a... to a... have accepted a...

Warren Icpac : 0:44:01 What planet did you see it close to?

Margaret Storm : 0:44:04 Venus.

Warren Icpac : 0:44:04 Venus also. Why is there a... this this... great contact with Venus? Do you think a... Margaret that it has something to do with your book or with... Tesla especially. But do you think that all the contact stories... that we've had are all... Venusian... and they... ?

Margaret Storm : 0:44:19 Well no... no. As a mattter of fact... it does have to do with the book... because I have written almost... a whole chapter on a... on a... Sanat Kumara...

Warren Icpac : 0:44:30 yeah... but...

Margaret Storm : 0:44:30 ... The Lord of the World... and he came here from Venus.

Warren Icpac : 0:44:33 But you see I... the reason I a... I really got... I really got to spent a great deal of time on the Nikola Tesla story in your book because as I said... it was absolutely new to me... and I found it very fascinating.

Margaret Storm : 0:44:43 Well a... the book a... is a... so planned... however that a... in order to check up on many of these points... you really have to read the a...

Warren Icpac : 0:44:52 Yeah. I... I'm just starting... to study... and we also have the Arthur Matthews story... which we might as well... which is keyed over to right now... because we are discussing... Mr. Matthews. Is Mr. Matthews an engineer do you know? I mean... as we recognize an engineer?

Margaret Storm : 0:45:05 He is a professional engineer yes... a... he has a... that is he is a professional engineer... because he has a... passed his state board examination. But a... his training... was only with Tesla.

Warren Icpac : 0:45:17 Well he was another student of Tesla... I mean a direct student?

Tesla was born on board a spacecraft and brought to this planet... and placed in the care of Mr. & Mrs. Tesla.
Sanat Kumara
came here from Venus
Return of the Dove
page 39

Margaret Storm : 0:45:20 Well yes... you see a... Mr. Matthews' a... father... was an electrical engineer for Lord Kelvin. And a... at one time... Lord Kelvin invited Tesla to a... come over there to his a... laboratory... in connection with a... what Lord Kelvin called... your new fangle... fangled wireless invention. And a... when Tesla went over there... he met... Mr. Matthews a... father and the son... Arthur H. Matthews at that time was a... young boy. But a... after that... they always remained with Tesla... they a... came to America then and a... established Saint Benson's Laboratory in Quebec. Mr. a... Matthews... the father worked... a... mostly I think in New York... with a...

Eden Gray : 0:46:10 Are there any records... any written records any place that can... can proof that a... Mr. Matthews' people did work with Tesla?

Margaret Storm : 0:45:19 Oh I don't know... I never a... a... thought about asking for... any proof... I mean a... a... Mr. Matthews the senior... has worked on so many of the Tesla inventions... particularly the anti-war machine... that I should imagine... that most of... of the goings... and so forth would a...

Warren Icpac : 0:46:40 What was that last one?

Long John Nebel : 0:46:41 Yeah... I want to dig in that too. The what?

Margaret Storm : 0:46:43 What is that?

Warren Icpac : 0:46:44 The anti-war machine?

Margaret Storm : 0:46:46 Yes... the Tesla Anti-War Machine... I mean...

Long John Nebel : 0:46:48 You say that this a... you know... it's like something you pick up in liggetts... for 39 cents... for three-quarters of a pound... they come in red... blue... and you know... black... like jelly beans.

Margaret Storm : 0:46:58 giggles.

Long John Nebel : 0:46:48 You mean... this is suppose to work. What is this first of all... describe it?

Margaret Storm : 0:47:02 Well a... the Tesla... Tesla Anti-War Machine of course has been described at great length... in a... many scientific articles... a... over the years. He a... completed the invention of it... that is the development of the invention... to a point where it was a... offered to the a... United States government in 1935. Also to the a... government of Great Britian... and a... some of the other governments I believe... France... and possibly... a... Italy... and... Holland.

Ellery Lanier : 0:47:37 Well... you know a... Margaret our government is now working on a... machine... simular to a... Tesla's Anti-War Machine.

Margaret Storm : 0:47:45 No I didn't know that.

Ellery Lanier : 0:47:47 With in the (?) of last year... we are working on this... and a... it's one of the... blue sky projects as they're called... quite fantastic... if it... works out it will be very... very much the same as what Mr. Tesla... is working on and... it would protect us from any kind of attack... in other words... atom bombs or...

Tesla
Anti-War Machine

Long John Nebel : 0:48:07 How?

Ellery Lanier : 0:48:08 There's a... a magnetic field of some sort of variety or species or color or dimensions set up...

Long John Nebel : 0:48:15 Other than the magnetic field that we know of it today?

Ellery Lanier : 0:48:18 Well this is... this is... a... I believe a security question at the moment. Which I am...

Long John Nebel : 0:48:22 I don't want you to divulge anything that shouldn't be divulged.

Ellery Lanier : 0:48:23 I am... I am not at liberty to answer... but what will happen is that... there would be... an invisible bubble... put over the entire country... a huge bubble... where nothing could get through it. Although we can see through the thing... we'll see the sky... and... if we look down for moment...

Long John Nebel : 0:48:39 I think you're wrong Ollie.

Eden Gray : 0:48:41 There will be no spaceships will come back.

Ellery Lanier : 0:48:43 No... nothing.

Warren Icpac : 0:48:43 No... you're wrong Ollie. Because it does permit rain... and things like this... to go through if necessary... it can be shut off... but...

Ellery Lanier : 0:48:50 It can be shut off for a moment. But a... if it's on rain or wind or clouds... it can...

Long John Nebel : 0:48:56 Is it... is it like a... a plastic bubble?

Ellery Lanier : 0:48:58 It would be an effect as though... there were a big glass bubble... but there is... there is nothing there. It is a field of pure force. This huge bubble over a city or over an entire country.

Long John Nebel : 0:49:09 Well... could you just... protect a country... or the entire planet?

Warren Icpac : 0:49:13 You're right.

Ellery Lanier : 0:49:14 Well... this... this is a question of how extensive the... device that is producing this bubble would be. And this is not a gag. This is very serious stuff... that has appeared in the New York Times and... and the press... this is no joke... this is very serious.

Warren Icpac : 0:49:26 The Inside Journal... had a story about it... about a year ago.

Ellery Lanier : 0:49:28 Oh well... more recently than that.

Warren Icpac : 0:49:30 Was it more (?) the latest stories.

Ellery Lanier : 0:49:33 I spoke to some of the men who were involved in this project. And Nikola Tesla had a very... had an idea... which was... very much the same.

Margaret Storm : 0:49:41 Well... Nikola Tesla's a... invention is a... not an idea... it's a... it's a workable plan... and was a... offered to a... a... the United States government and was rejected in 1935. If a... Mr. Matthews a... of course... is... has the complete a... invention today... and a... it is a... still... a... expected to be used perhaps in the event that a... a... people desire world disarmament. The a... Tesla Anti-War Machine is a pole... forms a polarized curtain of a... light. It can now also be built with a ceiling. And a... it a... has the effect however... of causing all... bombs... anywhere on the Earth... to explode... once the... once the switch is thrown... once it is turned on. It a... need not a... be... at all along our nations borders. Unless you just wish to a... wish to a... establish protection... from all sorts of things. If you just wish to a... a... enforce disarmament... it may be... extended over just a small... part of the border... and a... therefore it will cause all bombs to explode... and bombs can not a... be used.

Warren Icpac : 0:51:17 The a...listen... I... I can understand... that this has a...
Mr. Matthews up in Canada might know that the a... flying saucers come from Venus. This I... this I can understand... that he might know it. But I don't understand Margaret... are you taking this... his word for this... or have you got some kind of evidence or first hand information about... the fact that these spacecraft would drop down at his little motel... in the country were... from Venus... and not someplace else?

Margaret Storm : 0:51:44 Oh no... I a... have complete confidence in a...
Mr. Matthews.

Warren Icpac : 0:51:48 I mean... what about... here say... then?

Margaret Storm : 0:51:50 Well... I have a... been up there to see him... and of course the a... spacecraft a... didn't come down while I was there.

Warren Icpac : 0:51:57 These are the... what do you call it? The...

Margaret Storm : 0:52:00 The... Interplanetary Communication Set... no. When I was up there... I was there a very short time... because a... we had been (?) management had to cancel about three appointments... within... so by the time I did get there... I a... talked to him about many things... and I saw the a... Interplanetary Communication Set... but a... it was not operating just at that time...

Warren Icpac : 0:52:20 Well Mr. Carr...

Margaret Storm : 0:52:21 ... he operates on schedule...

Warren Icpac : 0:52:22 Oh I see.

Margaret Storm : 0:52:23 ... their schedule.

Warren Icpac : 0:52:24 Mr. Carr is working very seriously(?)snip(?)(?) all these engineers down in a... or I should say... his workmen down in Oklahoma City. What is Mr. Matthews doing... and what is his main... a... experiment... or whatever you'd like call it... right now?

Margaret Storm : 0:52:38 Well Mr. Matthews a... now is a... just a... he's sort of semi retired... and a... of course he is an electrical engineer... professional electrical engineer. And he has a... several a... rather a... wired a... accounts you might call it... or jobs... but he takes care of... I believe one is... for the... a... the rail road or something. And I believe... the telephone company...

Warren Icpac : 0:53:07 Well...the thing that... the thing that disturbs me is this a... has has... did Mr. Tesla leave any records or diaries? And if so... does anybody have them... in other words... they need to be brought forth.

Margaret Storm : 0:53:17 No... Mr. a... Mr. a... Mr. Tesla left a... in his a... room... in a safe... in his hotel... a safe which contained a few papers... and these were taken by the a... United States government... and examined... and a... later they were turned over to the a... Tesla a... Museum or Institute in a... Belgrade... Yugoslavia.

Warren Icpac : 0:53:41 I'm sorry to interrupt you again... I didn't know... did he came from over there... or?

Margaret Storm : 0:53:46 Oh yes. You see the Yugoslavs have always honored Mr. Tesla as a great national hero... in fact... their greatest national hero. And a... in the early a... thirties I believe it was... they... built this a... Tesla Museum... and a... Research Institute... which they have maintained. This was endowed... privately but it was also a... supported by the Yugoslav government. They placed in the museum library... every staff of infomation they could get at that time pertaining to Mr. Tesla's a...

Ellery Lanier : 0:54:18 Margaret... you said... that was in Belgrade?

Margaret Storm : 0:54:20 Yes... it is there now.

Warren Icpac : 0:54:22 Did that (?)(?)(?)... to the communist regime they have there now.

Margaret Storm : 0:54:25 Oh yes. Of course I don't know that... American scholars a... can do research there. I don't know just what the a... limitations may be. But it is used extensively. And that is why... or that is how... rather... the Russians a... obtained all the information on the Tesla Sphere... a... which our government a... did not use in 1917... and a... now they have a... developed the Tesla Sphere... and they have it in production

Tesla's safe contained MORE that...
a few papers.
the Russians
obtained the
Tesla Sphere

Eden Gray : 0:54:52 Well Mrs. Storm... as I understand it a... Mr. Tesla for the most part... thought of his inventions... in his head... in his imagination... and he worked them out completely... so by the time he started to make them out of steel and wire and whatever... they didn't have any bugs in them. In other words... he worked it all out in his head... and he put very little on paper. And the engineers... who worked with him... his helpers... a... never had any plans to go by... they just... did what he told them. Sometimes he would scribble on a piece of paper... a small diagram for them... and then they would have to... he would tear that up... and then they would have to go. So how did Mr. a... Mr. Matthews a... get a hold of twelve hundred of Mr. Tesla's inventions?

Margaret Storm : 0:55:47 Well... you see... Mr. Matthews was a... trained... by Tesla... as I've claimed... but Mr. Matthews father... who was an electrical engineer for Lord Kelvin and later for Tesla. And a... Mr. Matthews a... Arthur H. Matthews... who is a... now lives in Canada. Is a... therefore... a... a man... who was... trained by Tesla from the time he was a... a rather a small boy.

Eden Gray : 0:56:16 Do you mean by that... that Mr. Tesla gave him this in writing... or they didn't just... tell him about these things?

Margaret Storm : 0:56:25 You see... Mr... Mr. a... Tesla... a... worked as I had described in... Return of the Dove... he worked in what we call... the fourth ether. His a... students... or those he trained... have a... similar ability to a certain extent at least. And Mr. Matthews a... is a very... is an extremely modest man... and a... a very humble man... and he has never gone into great detail... a... in describling how he works... but I assume that he has many of the same abilities that Tesla had. And I know that Otis T. Carr also... worked along that line... to a great extent.

Eden Gray : 0:57:10 It seems to me ashame... that a man like Mr. Matthews can be the only person in the whole world who has these... twelve hundred inventions... a... knows about them... could work them out... has only done this interplanetary radio thing... and a... as I understand it... he is an elderly man... and are all things going to be lost... when Mr. Matthews dies?.

Margaret Storm : 0:57:32 Oh no. No... nothing will be lost... and a... The a... Interplanetary Communication Set... a... was a... built according to a... instructions given by Mr. Tesla... he said... when spaceship are approaching the Earth... why you may build a set. But the great thing that Mr. Matthews has... of Tesla's... and which a... is ready to be used and has been ready to be used since 1935... is the Tesla Anti War Machine. The Tesla Anti War Machine... includes true radar. It is a... of course a... the radar which we have... as I have described in... Return of the Dove... is a... sort of a poor imitation. And a... that is because they do not have access to... a... Tesla's Anti War Machine... a which a... contains the true radar... operations.

Warren Icpac : 0:58:27 What is the difference between... so-called... true radar... and the a... faltering type we use now?

Margaret Storm : 0:58:34 Well... laughs... I don't know the difference... except the type we have now... doesn't work very well.

Warren Icpac : 0:58:39 Well it works pretty well... except when... the ship captains decide... to both turn left at the same time. (?) then their really in trouble. Ellery... you want to ask something.

Ellery Lanier : 0:58:46 I want to slip something in here. Margaret... I came across something in... your a book... Return of the Dove... which flipped me for a moment. Sort of made me think of... (?)(?) and stuff like that. There was a reference to... straighening out the Earth's axis in 1958?

Margaret Storm : 0:59:02 That's right.

Ellery Lanier : 0:59:03 What does this mean?

Margaret Storm : 0:59:05 laughs. Well... a... there was a... more than a... a reference to it... and a... the a... the meaning was explained in there. But I will go over it briefly. The axis of the... Earth during the 19 million years... which a... has elapsed since the... light had came to the Earth.

Warren Icpac : 0:59:26 Wait a wait a... minute... lets not go too fast now.

Margaret Storm : 0:59:30 laughs... Oh I can... I went...

Warren Icpac : 0:59:33 Lets stop right here... and go back... not the 19 million years ago... I'll take your word for it... I'm not quite that old... but...

Margaret Storm : 0:59:36 l certainly can imagine 19 million years in (?)1930(?) laughs.

Warren Icpac : 0:59:42 Lets get... to Laggards.

Ellery Lanier : 0:59:43 Yes... but don't forget about the Earth's... a... axis...

Warren Icpac : 0:59:45 We'll get back to the Earth...

Ellery Lanier : 0:59:46 ... that got knocked off.

Warren Icpac : 0:59:47 Lets find the Laggards... but sounds like the name of horses that I pick usually.

Margaret Storm : 0:59:51 laughs

Warren Icpac : 0:59:53 Who... who... were the laggards. Is it... L-a-g-g-a-r-d-s?

Margaret Storm : 0:59:57 That's right. Well... these are... a... evolutionary laggers... but as... individuals... who do not keep up with their evolution. Their (?)... with their classwork you see.

Eden Gray : 1:00:12 Like certain people we know.

Margaret Storm : 1:00:13 laughs... That's right... and a...

Warren Icpac : 1:00:16 (?)(?)(?)(?)(?)... to make remarks about him. I'm sorry Margaret... go ahead.

Margaret Storm : 1:00:20 laughs... You see a... about 19 million years ago... a... well in fact it was a little bit longer... than that. The (?)cat at Malvec(?) exploded... due to their a... experimenting with a... atomic bombs. This formed the.... asteroid belt. And a... naturally a... when it... exploded and shattered... there were a number of people on it. And a... the a... chunks from this (?)very(?) planet which formed the asteroid... a... belt. And... many of them were... continued to be inhabited... I mean they were... they went into orbit... they were large enough to sustain life. And a... it's true... that over a period of years... the people decresed in size... until they were rather like a... midgets I believe. 1:01:13 This has something to do with a... I understand... with the a... gravity. And of course that depends upon the size of the planet and so for. So at one time these a... a... laggards... of course anyone connected with Malivec was considered... a laggard because the planet had fallen into discourse... to a point where they were experimenting with a... a... atomic bombs. And a... at one point these laggards were all rounded up. And a... they a... a call had gone out through the a... the various galaxies... asking... for some planets to take in the laggards. 1:01:55 And a... as I understand... in Return of the Dove... the Earth... was so... beautiful in those days... so abundant... so perfect. That a... it was decided that we could accommodate the laggards. That... of course... 19 million years later... we a... (?)(?) deal with a... a slight error was made. But at any rate... we a... a... took in the laggards. And a... it was very interesting... if you will read... a blog (?)(?) (?) rather... and a... I... was in... Inspiration House today and... I saw it down on... Eden Gray's (?).

Eden Gray : 1:02:32 You know that was a very funny thing... this evening I was talking to someone and they said... you know... they said... that... that book... Glow on Two Planets... has never been mentioned on the Long John program. And then I wasn't going to say anything... but you did tonight... isn't that strange?

Margaret Storm : 1:02:44 ah huh... laughs

Ellery Lanier : 1:02:45 Was a very fine book... it is a classic.

This
formed the
asteroid belt

Margaret Storm : 1:02:48 Yes... and a... as I have described a... in a... in a very interesting fashion. The bringing of the a... of the laggards from this particular planet of Malvec... which is sometimes called Lucifer... because the planets are... was under the a... a... guardianship so to speak... at one time of the... the fallen angel Lucifer... the Light Bearer. Of course a... this means... the... (?) fallen angel... simply means that a... Lucifer was so... anxious to a... assist the people on the planet... that a... a... the angel took embodiments... human embodiment... and went down into the discord... in order to try to help us. Now this is... a... is described in... Glow on Two Planets... and then... the... a... the a... is described how the... laggars were brought in... in spaceships. At the same time... a... some of the laggards... came from... a... other stars other planets throughout a... a this galaxy... and a... a joining galaxies. 1:03:57 The a... they were brought in and a... entered into the... human family and so forth. But a... they did not... they brought of course... their comic memories with them... or their memories of discord... and it was not very long until... the discord spread... and a... at that a... time... the situation became so a... serious... that... the Catholic Council met... and voted to... desolve the entire planet. And this a... a... it's time for (?)(?). About (?)(?)(?)... planetary time... and it was the first time... that planet... Sanat Kumara... the a... Lord of Venus asks... if he might... come to the Earth. And... try to a... sort things out here. Now a... speaking of sorting things out... then get back to the person on the question about the axis. 1:04:53 This a... situation has a... intense discord that developed on the Earth... as the result of... as the laggards coming in here... and bringing a memory of discord on their own planet... planets. Resulted in... a situation which caused... a (?)(?)of the axes. (?)(?) The first 22 degrees off (?)(?)(?)(?) it is impossible as I understand it... to explain... a... this in a... in our terms... that is... in our language. Because we a... simply do not have (?)(?)... which a... (?)(?)(?) and so... anyhow the (?) has been focused now over a period of a... five or twenty years... and a...

Eden Gray : 1:05:56 Well why don't we notice any difference?

Margaret Storm : 1:05:58 Well... that's what I was getting to. When a... the a... axis... when straightening of the axis was first discovered...

Ellery Lanier : 1:06:05 Who was doing this straightening of the axis?

Margaret Storm : 1:06:07 The straightneing of the axis was handled and (?) by the angelic kingdom. Because an axis as you know is not a... a a... a... a piece of metal or anything (?)(?)(?)...

Ellery Lanier : 1:06:17 (?)(?)(?) have the (?) was lining up?

Margaret Storm : 1:06:22 Yes... that that's not what it is... with material.

Ellery Lanier : 1:06:25 Kind of like a... getting a wheel spinning... on one of those... alignment machines.

Margaret Storm : 1:06:30 laughs

Ellery Lanier : 1:06:31 (?) spinning along in... (?).

Margaret Storm : 1:06:33 oh yes... well it was... well it was... 45 degrees out of its a... off its a...

Long John Nebel : 1:06:37 Which would not be noticable... (?)(?).

Margaret Storm : 1:06:39 Well... if you had lived here... over millions of years... I mean a... people have lived... over millions of years... under those conditions. They would not... a... naturally they accepted it as normal. And a... than when the axis... when the straightening of the axis was started... a little over twenty years ago... there was a... a.. it was noticeable to a few people. 1:07:06 They... there was a difference in position of a certain stars... they could notice almost immediately. And a... a great wave of fear... a... spread over the a... Earth. Because this was a... reported... in a... one or two papers... that they do something a... a little... odd... that they didn't receive very much publicity... but they... it did receive some. And... as to that... the a... situation of the star pattern... was a... not allowed... to a... cause any further fear. 1:07:39 Because... of course naturally... they do not wish to add... to the stress of the people... and a... causing for panic. So the a... entire star pattern... as I understand it... is now a... completely camouflaged. And will be a... revealed... whenever the... people have reached a state of consciousness where they can accept this change.

Long John Nebel : 1:08:02 Warren Icpac.

Warren Icpac : 1:08:03 Margaret... we've discussed... saucers and we've discussed Venus for some time now... and other... other space matters. I'd like to... sort of... make this a little interview right now and sort of set the... background a little bit... because we've sort of been jumping around. First of all I'd like to know... have you tell us... what you... how many other planets you feel... are... occupied by... any... known life? And I'm talking now of our own... nine or ten planets... I haven't counted them lately?

Long John Nebel : 1:08:34 WOR Radio... Your station in New York... 710 on the dial. You want to answer that question (?)(?).

Margaret Storm : 1:08:39 Yes. I understand that all planets... are inhabited.

Warren Icpac : 1:08:46 That includes Mercury?

Margaret Storm : 1:08:47 All... all planets.

Warren Icpac : 1:08:49 All planets. (?)(?)(?)... you mean in all galaxies also?

Margaret Storm : 1:08:54 Yes... in all galaxies. In other words... that's the principle of a planet.

Warren Icpac : 1:08:58 Now... in the... a... we have inherited the many flying saucer reports... in additions... to the one you tell us about with Mr. Matthews... and there was an actual landing. Would you say... that all the flying saucer... sightings we have heard about... in the last... oh... ten years I guess is about right covered... are from Venus... that all these flying saucers are from Venus... or would they be from other planets?

Margaret Storm : 1:09:21 Oh no... I understand that they're from a... many other planets... and a... out... the planets outside the Solar System... and a... a... there are also... intergalactic a... spaceships... a... which a... we a... seem to pass (?). About... a... which are actually a... intergalactic spaceships... of course... they're not exactly... mechanical but a... a... they are... they do have a... form... and they do carry a... passengers.

Warren Icpac : 1:09:55 Well...

Margaret Storm : 1:09:55 Or I understand... I haven't found one.

Warren Icpac : 1:09:57 Margaret... I've talked to many people about... saucer sightings... including some contactees as we'd call them. I was wondering... why... a... you feel... that there haven't been any... what we might call... official contacts. In other words... we at least... well... have there been official contacts... and we haven't heard of possibly between government?

Margaret Storm : 1:10:15 I understand that there have been many official contacts... that is... by that you mean... contacts with the heads of governments.

Warren Icpac : 1:10:21 That's right.

Margaret Storm : 1:10:22 Yes I understand... that they have all... a... had official contacts.

Warren Icpac : 1:10:25 uh huh.

Margaret Storm : 1:10:26 But a...

Warren Icpac : 1:10:27 Why do you think that we have not heard about them?

Margaret Storm : 1:10:31 Well... I suppose for the same reason that a... we have not about... the Tesla Anti-War Machine... and a... not heard of a lot... of other things that a... it may not complete a... a complete change...

Warren Icpac : 1:10:43 Well...

Margaret Storm : 1:10:44 ... of the a...

Warren Icpac : 1:10:45 Wouldn't the...

Margaret Storm : 1:10:45 ... situation on the Earth.

Warren Icpac : 1:10:46 If the Otis T. Carr X-1 gets off the ground... and then as you... the a... this is going to change a lot of thing also...

Margaret Storm : 1:10:53 oh yes

Warren Icpac : 1:10:54 ... why hasn't... why hasn't Mr. Carr been... shall we say... blacked out as much as... some of... Tesla and his other inventions for example?

Margaret Storm : 1:11:01 Because of the times. This a...

Long John Nebel : 1:11:05 The New York Times?

Margaret Storm : 1:11:06 No... not the New York Times... laughs... the a... the a... world times.

Long John Nebel : 1:11:11 Oh I see.

Margaret Storm : 1:11:14 The times schedule. In other words... a.... a... at this... in this particular age... this is the beginning of a... of a new... a... not only a new cycle... a two thousand year cycle... an Aquarian Cycle... in which the a... a rays have changed. The cosmic rays which energize each cycle have changed. But it is also a... a... the beginning of a... the final two thousand years... in which all the problems concerning... the last 19 million years will be settled. In other words... the laggards and all... everything connected with the problems of the laggards must be settled during this age... that is the Cosmic a... Fiat which has gone forth. 1:11:59 And a... the reason for that is... because we are going now into a new orbit... and the a... we can not have all this discord... because we would not be able to live... a... in the a... higher frequencies... which we are now entering. In other words... we much have a... have a... much more a... pure and refined a... physical bodies.

Warren Icpac : 1:12:23 And you feel that a... this new era entering... we're entering means... that there is no danger then of... a couple of fools touching off a few hydrogen bombs... and have changed things a little bit.

Margaret Storm : 1:12:34 I think there... there might be considerable danger... and a... that is the reason why... it a... a... simply will not be permitted to happen. Because a... we are... going into a new orbit and the a... cosmic a... entry line who are guiding this a... this a... Solar System and this a... galaxy will not permit any more a... a... planets to explode and form... asteroid belts and that sort of thing.

Long John Nebel : 1:13:07 Let me a... interrupt for a moment... to take care of a little business here.

Ellery Lanier : 1:13:12 Margaret... there have been stories that I have heard about... Otis T. Carr and Nikola Tesla... which I have been a little skeptical about. You may be able to straighten me out on this situation. It concerns a... Nikola Tesla asking Otis T. Carr... to go out and buy... bags of peanuts. Unsalted peanuts I believe the story was. And then the two men of great brilliance would go out... feeding these peanuts to pigeons... or the pigeons flew into Mr. Tesla's room and Mr. Tesla said... the pigeons are on the floor of his room... what is the truth of this story?

Margaret Storm : 1:13:50 Well... a that's been just about correct... Mr. a... a... Carr... was a... he came to New York... to study art. And a... he got a job as a... clerk... in the... the package clerk... in the... hotel.

Ellery Lanier : 1:14:05 Do you know where he studied art?

Margaret Storm : 1:14:08 No I don't. I don't a... know what ever happened to the art... I don't think very much happened to it. laughs... Because of the first day that he arrived here he a... a got this job in the... in the a... package room of the hotel.

Ellery Lanier : 1:14:22 Do you know the hotel... what the name was?

Margaret Storm : 1:14:24 I believe it was the a... one across from the station... it's now the Statler... I think it was... The Pennsylvania... either a... yes... I think Pennsylvanina or the New Yorker... I'm not sure. But I believe it's Pennsylvania. And a... Mr. Tesla... then a... lived there and a... that day he came down into the a... winding his way through the subterranean passages... into this hotel... into this... package room. And a... he walked up to a... this young man and he said a... when you have finished your... duties here... I want you to buy... four pounds of unsalted peanuts and bring them to my suite. This whole episode was a... very a... a... unusual because Mr. Tesla... had never gone down there before... so far as anyone knew. And a... certainly the guests do not go down into that section. But a... that day he did go down there... and he did speak to... Otis T. Carr. Who at that time was suppose to be... a young man I believe he... probably is a... what... probably in his twenties. And a... Mr. a... Carr... bought the a... peanuts...

Ellery Lanier : 1:15:35 Margaret... did you speak to Otis T. Carr about this story?

Margaret Storm : 1:15:39 Oh Yes.

Ellery Lanier : 1:15:40 I'm remembering whether he told you then... whether he was able to find... the unsalted peanuts and whether they were shelled or not shelled. I have a good reason for asking this question and I'm not to offend you.

Margaret Storm : 1:15:53 A... well because... Tesla asked for unsalted peanuts a... one would think that they were a... a... there were... shelled. I did not a... ask Mr. Carr about that... so I don't really know. But at any rate... a... Otis took the peanuts to the... to Tesla's suite that evening... after work and a... he a... was invited in... to talk with the great scientist... and meanwhile he had found that he was a... a great scientist and that he... feed the peanuts to a... pigeons. And a... that evening a... Mr. Tesla talked to him for about an hour and a half... and a... then this performance repeated each day for three years. Most of the time they... left (?)(?) and went on the ramp and feed the pigeons. And as I have explained in the... Return of the Dove... most of Mr. Carr's a... training took place on the library steps... a... that is a... on the... Bryant a... Park a... side. Of course that's been remodeled lately... I believe ths steps are no longer there... but a...

Ellery Lanier : 1:17:08 Oh yes the steps are still there on the Bryant Park side.

Margaret Storm : 1:17:11 Oh they are.

Ellery Lanier : 1:17:12 (?) sort of low... very low... steps leading down to the great big lawn.

Margaret Storm : 1:17:18 uh huh.

Warren Icpac : 1:17:19 Well I'd like to hear more about this... this is very fascinating about the a... teaching... how long did they spend together?

Margaret Storm : 1:17:26 Well it went on for three years. Each day... and a... they would spend a... couple of hours together... sometimes they remained in his hotel and sometimes... as I have explained in Return of the Dove... Mr. a... Tesla would simply invite Mr. Carr to come in and sit down... and a... then Mr. Tesla would go on working... and about two hours later... he would a... speak to Otis and say... well... you may go now. So that they would not exchange any a... words. And a... that was apparently to a... simply a... raise the vibrations. He use to send Otis out into the a... the park... gather up any pigeons that might have broken wings or anything of that sort. And Otis would bring them back to the hotel... and they would a... fashion splits for the wings and the legs.

Long John Nebel : 1:18:28 He must have been a very kind man.

Margaret Storm : 1:18:30 I believe he was... yes.

Ellery Lanier : 1:18:34 How old was Otis T. Carr at the time that he knew a... Tesla?

Margaret Storm : 1:18:39 Well he was very young... I mean he looked perhaps around twenty... at that time.

Ellery Lanier : 1:18:47 And a... this is very curious... I understand that... Otis T. Carr and Nikola Tesla were a... you might say... associated or knew each other... and transmitted information to one another... over a... period of about three years.

Margaret Storm : 1:19:04 Yes it was exactly three years.

Ellery Lanier : 1:19:06 And a...

Margaret Storm : 1:19:07 And then they never saw each other again.

Ellery Lanier : 1:19:12 I find it very interesting in terms of the... the explanations that Mr. Carr gives of his... Circular Foil Spacecraft and the means of propulsion... in connection with the... theory that I have read of Nikola Tesla relating to gravity... which he had specific ideas about. And I find... and I found in the book Eden Gray has here... the one by O'Neill... a reference to the fact that Nikola Tesla... was very unhappy about... the theories of relativity and the various concepts of smashing the atom that we were getting into at this time.

Margaret Storm : 1:19:51 Oh yes... yes

Ellery Lanier : 1:19:52 And then I find that Mr. Otis T. Carr's writing... some words of praise of Einstein and relativity... and claims that a... Einstein's ideas made it possible for him to complete his theories. This has me a... little confused. I don't know if you could help me on this?

Margaret Storm : 1:20:10 Well... a... Mr. a... a... Carr... did a... go see Einstein and a... a... they had a... conference together... and he thought... he thinks... very highly of him. But a... the thing that a... Mr. Tesla... both Mr. Tesla and Mr. Carr... a... do not accept... that is the... confined to splitting of the atom. Now of course a.. Einstein's a... theories are not... a... entirely concerned with that a... with a... position of changing them around (?)...

someone : 1:20:47 (?)(?)(?)

Margaret Storm : 1:20:49 ... plus too that a... about his a... contributions did lead to the a... fission and fusion of the atom. But a... that is the thing that a... they were unhappy about... not about a... Einstein theories in general. Or his... Theory of Relativity.

Eden Gray : 1:21:08 Mrs. Storm... your book seems to me to be such a strange mixture of... fact and... well... shall I say what I consider... a... to be complete fiction. I mean one time... you're talking about... Nikola Tesla... a... one of the great geniuses that lead... I mean... this is a... factual... anybody can prove this. And then the next minute... you're telling about... an intercore of the Earth where good people live... and a... a strange woman... namely Leorra...

Margaret Storm : 1:21:44 Leanora

Eden Gray : 1:21:45 Leanora with a strange machine. I mean... it doesn't seem to tie in at all. One... one part of the book... it seems to be so factual... and a... then the other part... so... so completely fanciful... that it... it. You know... I mean... to believe that they're people living... in the center of the Earth... good people. And then other people tell us that the Dayrows live in the center of the Earth and they're bad people... and...

Margaret Storm : 1:22:11 laughs

Eden Gray : 1:22:12 and... I'm sure that nobody lives in the center of the Earth.

Margaret Storm : 1:22:14 Well... a...

Ellery Lanier : 1:22:16 I want to just be... I don't want to be rude Margaret but a... in the line that Eden had just asked you... you had a story about... accusing Wyoming with some... I can't even remember... the symbols in this cave.

Margaret Storm : 1:22:28 Well... it's called... Cave and Symbols... but a... it is in that cave... well... it isn't exactly a cave... but a... by an underground installation (?)(?) of the symbols... a... where the... where Leanora machine... is a... a... today... located today.

Ellery Lanier : 1:22:16 Is that open to the public?

Margaret Storm : 1:22:49 Oh no... no. This is a... it's in front of Matthews retreat. (?)... in front of Matthews retreat... a... maintained by a... a friend of Matthews... Saint Germain. Who was in charge of this a... Civilization of the Aquarian Age. But a... if you go back to the a... one point that I'd like to bring out is... that the (?)Peros & Darrows(?)... I a... do not a... a mention (?)Peros & Darrows(?)... because a... I a... don't know anything about them... I haven't met any... laughs... and a...

Eden Gray : 1:23:26 Well... have you meet any of the good people... in the center of the Earth?

Margaret Storm : 1:23:30 Well... I don't know about... buzz... the center of the Earth or not... but a....lets say... we've met some good people.

Long John Nebel : 1:23:36 I think... I think Margaret is... is... is saying... that a... she practically doesn't mind you... (?)(?)?

Margaret Storm : 1:23:43 No... no... I don't think that there is something to the a....(?)daron-taron(?) story... I'm not sure that they're... down there today. But a... the... (?)Ateros & Darrows(?) never did live at the center of the Earth. They lived... in a... in... a... a... tunnels or a... caverns... down near the surface of the Earth. In fact... Miles Tanjetis (sp) and I have had long... talks on that subject... he must have adjusted quite well... and a... (?)Ateros & Darrows(?)... and the underground caverns... at some lenghts... on several occasions. And a... Miles started to say... that he had a... found that a... these extensive tunnels... in a... South America in a... the a... Andes down there. Where obviously an entire civilization... of some sort had lived... and yet a... they must have been...

Eden Gray : 1:24:43 Not just mining tunnels...

Margaret Storm : 1:24:45 No no. These a... no. They must have been... of what we would call midget size. And this to me... I... I have no... this is just my own idea now. I feel that a... these were... a... probably inhabited... built by... and inhabited by... the a... what we call the... Luciferian... a... (?) which a... were brought in... at the time that the a... the a... laggards were gathered up from these a... little chunks... of a... the blown-up planet of Malivec. And as I mentioned a little while ago... described the a... on a... Glow on Two Planets. Because it seems... from... many things... that have been said... that these were... a... very small people. Of course a... mind you... they were not gathered up... a few days after the planet was exploded... but perhaps a few a... thousand years or maybe... I don't know... perhaps even a million years have gone by... before they finally were brought... to the Earth. And a... I believe that they had some difficulty in a... in withstanding the sunlight and that sort of thing... and therefore did... a... inhabit these underground a... caverns. But they... (?)(?)... they had nothing to do with the... center.

Long John Nebel : 1:26:07 Ellery.

Ellery Lanier : 1:26:08 Margaret... there's... there's only one thing in the... Return of the Dove... that has me puzzled and confounded. And this was a description of... the power that Nikola Tesla had... to concentrate his mind and get himself to lift off the ground... and float around in the air in his room. And I have never heard of this before... this is of a... I mean in connection with Nikola Tesla. I... I want to hear more about this.

Margaret Storm : 1:26:38 Well... a... we have to consider first of all... that he was a... not an Earth Man... he was from another planet. And a... I believe this is the only planet... in the system... a... where they are not able to levitate at this time... a...

Ellery Lanier : 1:26:56 What planet was Tesla from?

Margaret Storm : 1:26:58 He was from Venus... yes. And a... they have people levitate a... freely on all the other planets. And Tesla... a... Tesla... naturally did not use his powers of levitation... a... for a... just a... any a... ordinary purpose. But a... if he needed to a... use them... he did so. And a... (?)(?) in what they call... a cloak of invisibility... that is a... is a... again... it's like Tesla's (?)... Wall of Light.

Warren Icpac : 1:27:31 It blocks the dark forces.

Margaret Storm : 1:27:33 Well... I don't know... I was a... I don't know just how you would describe it in a... scientific terms. But it so much like Tesla's hall of a Wall of Light... in that a... Tesla... uses this... that is that... they farm of course (?) and (?)(?).

Warren Icpac : 1:27:51 This is when you found it was being made by... under some scientist... as a form... of what they call... a death ray more or less. (?)(?)(?)(?) raise his eyebrows... about a dark force (?) I think. It's used to knock off... no... it was used to knock off electrical motors... and things like that... when we were. Our main worry supposedly was from airplane... yet before the invention... of the hydrogen bomb or atom bomb.

Ellery Lanier : 1:28:15 (?)(?)

Warren Icpac : 1:28:16 They... they send out beams...

Ellery Lanier : 1:28:17 There's still cockroaches and black (?)

Warren Icpac : 1:28:18 Yeah... as far as they got... with the black beans.

Ellery Lanier : 1:28:18 Cockroaches and (?)(?)... are back on your feet.

Warren Icpac : 1:28:19 humm...

Margaret Storm : 1:28:24 Yes... Mr. Matthews has a... one of those bug killing a... devices also (?).

Ellery Lanier : 1:28:31 Margaret... about this a... levitating power that Nikola Tesla had. Was it attempting like doing the broad jump... or?

Margaret Storm : 1:28:38 Oh no.

Ellery Lanier : 1:28:39 Or tapping well say high a... stairs... something of that sort?

not an
Earth Man
he was from another planet.
He was
from
Venus

Margaret Storm : 1:28:40 No... when a... you're ready to levitate... you just a... you just take off. And it's a... it's... done a... instantaneously... and a... it is not necessarily to... gather speed of anything of that sort. And... as matter a fact... there is a post a... connection between a... a... levitation... that is the understanding of levitation... and a... a... spaceships.

Ellery Lanier : 1:29:06 Margaret... would it be proper for you to reveal... whether you... you have ever practiced levitation?

Margaret Storm : 1:29:12 No... I do not... have... practice levitation. I sometimes think that a... it might be very convenient. Instead of waiting for a... buses.

Ellery Lanier : 1:29:22 It would be great for commuting.

Margaret Storm : 1:29:24 Yes... that's what I think.

Ellery Lanier : 1:29:26 Well a... what... what would Nik... Nikola Tesla do with this power?

Margaret Storm : 1:29:31 Well... he thinks that we made a... a... (?)kind of use to a... prior places(?). And a... of course a... he didn't have a spaceship... but he just used his own a... forcefield...

Eden Gray : 1:29:44 Well what do you mean... he (?) cooperation of... for what reason?

Margaret Storm : 1:29:48 Well... a... anyone in... Tesla's position... would naturally a... wish to a... mingle occasionally at least with a... persons of his own a... caliber.

Eden Gray : 1:30:02 Well I understand... he did take many trips to Europe... and... and gave lectures.

Margaret Storm : 1:30:06 Oh yes... that a... that's true too. But I... I mean a... supposing that he might a... want to drop over... to a... India or some such place... in the evening at one of those... famous places... that we hear about.

Eden Gray : 1:30:20 Well wouldn't he do that... in an... astro body... instead of?

Margaret Storm : 1:30:24 No... a... adduct (sp) of the a... of that sort... that is what we term... the White Magic a... adducts do not use the... astral... at all... do not use any astral force.

Ellery Lanier : 1:30:38 I'm glad to hear you say that Margaret... there are many people... who are not aware of that.

Margaret Storm : 1:30:41 That's true... they're a bit deal of confusion on that subject... and a... it's... it's a very important a... point.

Ellery Lanier : 1:30:47 I...

Eden Gray : 1:30:47 I... I don't quite understand... could you a... a... explain to me further?

levitation
and spaceships

Margaret Storm : 1:30:52 Well... briefly... a... we have a... what we call a... three lower body... or the four lower bodies really... because the etheric and the a... physical are... actually two. And then you have the astral or the emotional body... and the lower mental body... as a lower concrete mind. Which we sometimes call the pathing mind... in other words... it's very... it's very a... helpful if you are going out shopping... for groceries or something... and you... want to remember that you a... should buy a loaf of bread and a pound of butter and so forth. But a... then... those... those a... four lower bodies... there are these very practical materials... a... everyday a... a... needs. But for anything else... a... (?)... the higher... mental body... and a... the a... the three a... upper bodies. There is a higher mental and the a... intuitive and the a... a... spiritual... body. Those are the finer... finer... more subtle bodies.

Eden Gray : 1:31:53 Well when somebody that is more advanced... you say... travels... would want to go over to India or something. Do they do like I have read... leave their body on the bed and... and a... travel... spiritually or mentally... or... or is that what you mean? Or do you mean that actually... if... while he had been gone... while he was on this trip... we'll say to... India. Would it be true... that if somebody came into his room... they would not find him there... is that what you mean?

Margaret Storm : 1:32:22 Well... yes... if he... if he a... levitates... that's true... that's the reason he would levitate... because he would bring his body with him.

Eden Gray : 1:32:27 Oh levitate... let... some people can levitate... say a foot or six inches off the floor... but... a... that would mean not only levitating... but then... being able to fly... with his physical body...

Margaret Storm : 1:32:39 uh huh.

Eden Gray : 1:32:40 ... faster than the speed of light... in order to...

Margaret Storm : 1:32:42 That's right.

Eden Gray : 1:32:42 ... get there and back.

Margaret Storm : 1:32:43 And this is done by raising the a... vibrations of the a... physical body... to the point where they a... are... a... so... fine and so light... that they can be completely controlled. And then... when he arrived... at a... wherever he was going... he would simply lower the vibrations of the physical body.

When you're ready for the next part... 00 May 1959 Part 2

Margaret Storm : 1:33:03 That's the only purpose of levitation... is to take the physical body along.

Eden Gray : 1:33:07 Oh... well... but then there are people... as I understand it... in adduct in India... that a... leave their body... in a certain place. For instance... like... in the life and teachings of the master's (?)(?).

Margaret Storm : 1:33:21 Yes... that's true... uh huh.

Eden Gray : 1:33:22 They left their body... they... and they said to somebody... now don't disturb my body... I'm going to leave it there on the coach.

Margaret Storm : 1:33:27 That's true.

Eden Gray : 1:33:29 But the other people saw him... and talked with the man... the master...

Margaret Storm : 1:33:33 Yes.

Eden Gray : 1:33:33 ... I'd say a five hundred mile distance...

Margaret Storm : 1:33:35 That's right... uh huh.

Eden Gray : 1:33:33 ... so there's two different ways.

Margaret Storm : 1:33:37 Oh yes... well... you see... in the first place... a... there is a definate distinction between... the powers of the... unascended being... and the ascended... a... being. In other words... an ascended person simply means that a... that they are not coming back... to continue their evolution... they have completed their evolution. And a... the unasended mean that the... the a... there is still more work to do... or...

Eden Gray : 1:34:03 What... what... what was Mr. Tesla's?

Margaret Storm : 1:34:05 At the time when he was here in that one... embodiment... he was a... unascended... but he did make his ascension... he is not returning. And a... this was a... a rather special case however... in as much as... as a... he came from another planet... he came to do special work... which is contingent in one embodiment. That is very unusual... and it was only because of the changing times... a... that that was a... that that was done.
